The Studentenwerk department will work with the institution`s management and the clinical sector to determine if applications can be accepted. If an agreement can be granted, the Studentenwerk coordinates, in addition to Parkview`s legal department, the processing and negotiation of the membership contract with the institution. This process uses the current Parkview Health Education Affiliation Agreement template, approved by the Parkview Legal Ministry of Health. Many departments, schools and institutions of higher education require or encourage students to have clinical or field training as part of the curriculum required to graduate. These training experiences are usually acquired in collaboration with an external agency that agrees to participate in a collaboration with the school or university concerned. It is in the interest of both parties that a formal agreement be reached before including students in such programs. From a risk management perspective, it is particularly beneficial for the university department to negotiate a contractual agreement that clearly delineates the level of responsibility of the parties involved in accordance with our risk management objectives. C. Memoranda Program Memoranden Program are academic issues and program details that exclude any reference to liability, indemnification or insurance coverage. You are a statement of agreement between the contact with the Affiliate`s program and the dean of the participating school or university. They are limited to the timetable of a single programme and are incorporated by reference to the membership agreement if they are not inconsistent in any way with it.
